COST SAVINGS FOR YOUR OFFICE

     If you are not already enrolled in our Quinn Dispensing Kit Program you might consider this innovative and cost-effective method of having 98% of the remedies you need provided to you at almost no cost!  You receive about 2000 vials of 240 remedies in whatever potencies you wish, which we have made.      Combining several office orders into one order can not only save you one extra shipping charge, but could eliminate shipping charges altogether. COST SAVINGS FOR YOUR PATIENTS

     Prepayment is the most effective method of reducing the patient's costs for remedies shipped directly to the patient. If you or your patient provide us with the patient's credit card number with the order, the patient will save three dollars on shipping and handling charges.

SAVING TIME ON OFFICE ORDERS

     If you have your staff call in orders, be sure that they know exactly what is needed in terms of remedy, potency, and size of container. Let us know if you have ordered from us before and we won't ask for all the usual address information. We do ask for a phone number with every order so that we can quickly call you if there are any problems. Transmitting orders to us early in our day will sometimes save a day in delivery time.

SAVING TIME ON PATIENT ORDERS

     Identify any urgent order clearly as such. If you call us before 2:30 West Coast time we will send out an urgent order the same day 99% of the time. Do not leave urgent orders on our answering machine or send by fax. Please talk directly to us regarding urgent orders so that a machine failure does not prevent your patient from receiving the remedy they need. We prioritize our work at every stage. We fill and ship urgent prescriptions first, then regular prescriptions, then office orders. If you have an office order which contains an urgent request for a remedy for a patient, please identify it as such and only transmit the order by talking to us in person. Urgent orders shipped to an office must be limited to five items or less. If your order is larger than five items the remainder will be filled, billed, and shipped separately from the urgent item.
